CANTARITO
INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml tequila OLLITAS BLANCO
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml fresh grapefruit juicea
- 15 ml fresh orange juice
- Pinch of salt
- 5 grapefruit slices
- 5 orange slices
- Grapefruit soda
PROCEDURE
- Rim a traditional clay cantarito with lime and chili powder
- Mix all the juices and Tequila Ollitas Blanco
- Add ice cubes and a pinch of salt
- Thoroughly integrate all the ingredients and top up with grapefruit soda
- Place orange and grapefruit supremes inside the cantarito for garnish
