OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml GRAN ORENDAIN REPOSADO Tequila
- 2 pz Cinnamon stick
- 10 ml Agave Honey
- 5 drops Angostura
PROCEDURE
- Freeze an old fashioned glass, and once it's cold, pour in the agave honey and Angostura bitters
- Mix the ingredients well until you have a uniform syrup
- Add 1 ice cube and half of the GRAN ORENDAIN REPOSADO Tequila, gently stir with a spoon
- Garnish with a piece of orange peel
- Add more ice and the remaining tequila and integrate again
PERFECT SERVE: traight, in an old fashion or cognac glass
